Breakfast:
Quaker with apple and peach juice.
Ingredients:
-100 gr quaker.
-250 ml hot milk.
-A small apple.
-1 medium cup.
-Peach juice.
Preparation:
-Empty the quaker in a bowl and pour the hot milk too.
-Wash the small apple.
-serve peach juice in a glass.
-breakfast is ready!!


Lunch:
Grilled polenta with chicken beer.
Dessert: Pockys.
Ingredients (for Polenta):
- 2 cups instant polenta
- 2 cup milk
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cube of vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 small bowl of olive oil
Ingredients (For Chicken beer)
-1 chicken
-2 carrots
-1 onion
-3 cloves of garlic
-1 red pepper
-330 ml of stout
-flour
-salt
-pepper
-Olive oil

Put flour and brown them lightly in a pan with olive oil, in the remaining oil poached chopped onion with the garlic also chopped incorporate pepper and diced carrots. When the vegetables begin to brown incorporated in chicken casserole we had booked, beer and a little water if necessary. We let cook over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes.
Dessert:

Dinner:
Fruit Salad.
Ingredients:
-1 Kiwi
-1 Mango
-2 Oranges
-1/2 Small pineapple
-1 Apple
-18 Grapes
-2 Pears
-1 Watermelon
Preparation:
Chop the apple, mango, watermelon, pears and kiwi into small pieces. The oranges are cut into wedges and then each part into two or three. The grapes are cut in half by removing the seeds, in case of having them.
