Rhythmic Gymnastics!!!


Today I going to present my favourite sport , Rhythmic gymnastics.



The rhymthmic gymnastics is a discipline that combines parts of the ballet, gymnastics and dance with different accessories as belt, rope, hoop, etc.


This discipline was born in the 30's, the sport was created only for women, but after this sport was for women and men.


This sport has technical peculiarities:

  1. Introduction to relaxation postures.
  2. Smoothness of exercise.
  3. Participation of large muscle areas.
  4. Perfection of the movements.
  5. Execution as a musical theme.
